Certainly from my perspective your staff are always cheerful and the service level has remained it’s usual excellent standard when I drop off our football kit for cleaning and collect a few days later.

"The Mary Rose has a large selection of Tudor costumes which are worn by staff and volunteers and some of them are occasionally in need of dry cleaning. We have been using Solent Cleaners for the last couple of years and have been extremely pleased with their service. They have been particularly helpful considering the unusual costumes I have bought into them such as leather jerkins, Henry VIII’s cloak and doublet, together with grand ladies Tudor dresses!! The staff are always very helpful and offer a very high standard of service."

I would like to praise the performance of Tracy Newman, a member of your Havant branch staff....she delivered excellent customer service and turned what could have been a bad experience into a good one.

I wore a lovely green dress to a wedding which by the end of the evening had a few splotches on. I took it to be dry cleaned, collected it a few days later and once I got it back it was as good as new. It's back in the wardrobe and will no doubt make another wedding appearance (and dry cleaning appointment!) later this year! Professional and friendly staff.
